My brother and his family went to the beach this weekend and found this. I was told by the youngest member of the family that, "Joseph found a Lego and wanted to give it to you."
I love things like this. I also love trans dark blue Lego pieces. (I know it looks trans light blue but its just the lighting.)
I think this probably came from a SW set.
